XK-series Two Roll Rubber Mixing Mill
1. Main Usage:
This machine is mainly used in Rubber and Plastic Product factory for Natural Rubber Mixing(plasticating), Raw Rubber and Compound mixing, rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet
2. Main Feature:
1. The roll is made of chilled cast iron, including hollow roll and drilled roll in structure. The inner cavity of hollow roll is machined. The hollow roll surface is smooth and grooved. The grooved roll includes full grooved roll and half grooved roll etc
2. The base is divided into integrated base and separated base. The driving mode includes open driving, half open driving and enclosed driving.
3. The roll is supported with roller bearing, so the energy is saved, and the noise is reduced and is durable.
4. Lubricating mode includes grease lubrication and oil lubrication.
5. Roll nip adjustment includs manual adjustment, power adjustment and hydraulic adjustment. Hydraulic adjustment can be automatically controlled, having better safety protection preformance.
6. It can be equipped with pressure sensor system to directly display the working pressure to control the feed. In case of over load, it can automatically stop at once, and store and print the peak value.
7. This produce is accordance with nation safety standard (this standard is equivalent to the Europe standard )
8. User can select the stock blender according to the processing requirements.
9. The transmission system adopts hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life
