1. This line machine are used to process reclaimed rubber sheet from waste tyre powder.
2. Consist machine of this line: Devulcanzier, rubber mixing mill, rubber cracker, rubber refining mill (refiner), and other auxiliary machine.
3. Chemical is pine tar oil, lime powder ect.
4. Processing introduction: First use the devulcanizer tank (boiler) to make rubber devulcanized, then use the rubber mixing mill to mixing rubber powder, next rubber refiner to filter the impurity, finally get the nice reclaimed rubber sheet.
