RTV 2 silicon rubber for soap mold making
Application of RTV 2 silicon rubber is mainly used for molds making such as reproduction of poly resin, epoxy, polyurethane-polymer, plaster, gypsum, soaps, candle & lighting, architecture, decorative article and craftwork, plastic toy, gift and stationery, big statue, cultural relic product, etc..

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES of RTV 2 silicon rubber for soap mold making:
Step One to use RTV 2 silicon rubber:Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicon rubber and the curing agent evenly.
Step Two to use RTV 2 silicon rubber: vacuum pumping
Without exception, this takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.
Step Three to use RTV 2 silicon rubber: Brushing cast & Perfusion Molding operation.
Curing agent and silicon proportion and their reaction of RTV 2 silicon rubber products:
1Added with 1 of curing agent, RTV 2 silicon rubber can still flow within 2.5 hours, mold can be released in 6-8 hours.
2Added with 2 of curing agent, RTV 2 silicon rubber can still flow within 50 minutes to 1 hour, mold can be released in 23 hours.
3Added with 3 of curing agent, RTV 2 silicon rubber can still flow within 2830 minutes, mold can be released in 1.52 hours.
