RTV 2 silicone rubber for gypsum product mold making can used to reproduce concrete or cement, gypsum, gypsum, architecture, decorative arts and crafts, big statue, cultural relic product, etc.

Users’ instruction of RTV 2 silicone rubber for gypsum product mold making:
1. Added with 1% of catalyst, RTV 2 silicone rubber for gypsum sculpture can still flow within 2.5 hours, mold can be released in 23 hours.
2. Added with 2% of catalyst, RTV 2 silicone rubber for gypsum sculpture can still flow within 1 hour to 1.5 hour, mold can be released in 15 hours.
3. Added with 3% of catalyst, RTV 2 silicone rubber for gypsum sculpture can still flow within 50-70 minutes, mold can be released in 10 hours.
4. Added with 4% of catalyst, RTV 2 silicone rubber for gypsum sculpture can still flow within 40-60 minutes, mold can be released in 4-7 hours.
5. Added with 5% of catalyst, RTV 2 silicone rubber for gypsum sculpture can still flow within 30-50 minutes, mold can be released in 3-6 hours.
