XKP400 rubber crusher:
Output: 4500-6000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.
XKP450 rubber crusher:
Output :7000-12000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.
XKP560 rubber crusher:
Output : 10000-17000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.
Please note that we also can make non-standard rubber crusher based on customer's specific request.
By using our machines, the steel wire and nylon fiber can be seperated from the pure rubber powder or rubber products.
If the waste tire/tyre is big tyre, the big tyre cutter is needed for waste tyre recycling rubber powder production line. The following is the detailed info of the big type waste tyre cutter:

The whole waste tire recycling production line/Crumb rubber production line and reclaimed rubber production line
GENERAL:
The complete production line is mainly used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber.
Rubber powder manufacturing process flow:
Waste tire--cutting circle --cutting strip--cutting dice--crushing filtering -- magnetic separating filtering--finished products--rubber powder/steel wire/nylon

Reclaimed rubber manufacturing process flow:
waste tyre-ring cutter →strips cutter → blocks cutter → rubber crusher→ vibrating screen1→big magnetic separator→ small shaking screen - small magnetic separator - rubber powder - dynamic devulcanizer - open mixing mill(1) - open mixing mill(2/3) - rubber refiner.
The whole line has the following features:
1), Iron/steel removing ratio>99.5%, fiber removing ratio>98%
2), Compact structure ensure the running safety and easy maintenance;
3), Low energy consumption;
4), High automatic control system adopted for the whole line, can reduce the labor cost;
5), No sewage and waste gas discharge, environment protection.
6), Available capacity range of our tire recycling lines at present: 400~3000kg/h
7), Available finial rubber powder size: 20~120mesh as customer's wish.
8), Adopts SIEMENS and Chinese famous brand electrical componets.
AFTER GET THE RUBBER POWDER FROM THE WASTE TYRE, YOU CAN ALSO PRODUCE RECLAIMED RUBBER BY YOURSELF USING THE RECLAIMED RUBBER PRODUCTION LINE TO EXPAND YOUR BUSINESS SCOPE.
There are three types of reclaimed rubber: natural reclaimed rubber, butyl reclaimed rubber and tyre reclaimed rubber

Dynamic devulcanizer-boiler(Italy imported Riello burner adopted)-open mixing mill-refiner(we have designed and made newest model which is more capacity and lower price for customer)
