Description:We are selling the single wire flattening and spooling machines, multiwires flattening and banding lines for staples bands production, multiwire production staples lines, multiwires brads production machines and automatic staples and brads packing systems. More than 35 years , our first line was producing 300.000 staples per hour, today our fastest line produces more than 2.500.000 staples per hour starting by round wires and ending with the staples or the brads inside carton boxes, all in automatic processes and utilizing one operator only for all the line. The reiliability of our machines is guaranteed by the overdimensioned design of the parts that are subject to heavy mechanical stress, by the various systems of permanent lubrication and by the absence of parts subject to wear. The control systems, that are all governed by computer, allow absolute precision and a constant quality of performance during the repeated production cycles. Any irregularity of operation due to external causes is automatically signalled to the cycle control, which stops the line in order to prevent possible damage. Easy and fast operation contributes to the safety during the production phases. Our lines are severely tested before shipment and are later on assembled and commissioned by our specialized engineers at the factory of installation. Our machines are projected for the near future: the requirement of increasing automation, the need of minimizing all work done by labour, and the increasing cost of traditional procedures, have challenged us to study and develop complamantary production systems wheraby, without need of additional personnel, the strips of staples ara transported, aligned, layed and packed into boxes, both of small and large size. In this way, our market position will be strengthened in order to maintain the technical leadership we have reached during all these years.
