The brew plants are increasingly enlarging in the current years.Also the volume of the fermenters is gradually accretion.In nowadays,the volume of the largest fermenters has been arrived at 600m3.Although the larger volume can bring the larger economic benefit,it brings some problems.
⊙ Rate of the tank temperature falling down is small,For example,if we need the temperature of 400m3 fermenters falls downto-1℃ from 12℃,it will be 5 to 6 days for most brew plants and even 7 days for some brew plants,If we make the rate increase,the tank will easily freeze,which causes the fermenting liquid is not clear,affects the taste of the beer and brings waste of the beer.

⊙ It just needs 7 hours that the temperature of the fermenting liquid falls down to -1℃ from 12℃.The beer age can reduce 6days at most.And the output can increase 20% without adding fermenters.The effect will be wxcellent especially in summer.
⊙ It decreases 9% of the electricity expending.That is,it decreases the beer cost.
⊙ It is controlled automatically and the temperature control precision is ±0.25℃.
⊙ During the beer is being ratated,the pipes and quick cooler is being puffed N2 or CO2,which can reduce the contact of the beer and air.So it can decrease the O2 absorbig at the biggest limit.
⊙ The sharp cooling,that the beer temperature falls down to -1℃ from 12℃ in a short time,can divide some turbid things from the beer.It is benefit for keep the beer fresh and taste.
⊙ The plate heat exchanger of the ammonia cooling system is controlled by danfoss’ ammonia automatic control system,which has triple safeguard and keep it away from icing up.
⊙ The APV half-welding plate heat exchanger,which material is stainless steel 316L,has good welding intensity.The cryogen won’t leak into the beer or the space.
⊙ The velocity of flow is designed reasonable.It can not only prevent yeast or other granule from accreting the plate to reduce the cooling effect,but also make the beer placidly flow to reduce the dissolved CO2 escaping.
⊙ The area of it need is small.It can be installed in fermenters area.
