Cone crusher is widely used for crushing various kinds of ores and rocks with medium high hardness. Compare with jaw crusher, cone crusher has a more stable structure, higher efficiency and easier to adjust. The spring safety system of cone crusher acts as an overloading protection system which allows metal materials passing through the crushing cavity without damaging the cone crusher. The safety system uses dry oil and water as sealed formation to make plaster powder and engine oil separated, which ensures its reliable performance. The crushing cavity type of a cone crusher depends upon the size of feeding materials and fineness of discharging products. The commonly used crushing cavity type is the medium crushing cavity.
