Changing quickly C purlin forming machine
Changing quickly C purlin forming machine is the forming machine which could produce C purlin products with multiple specifications. This machine is compose with passive uncoiler, supporters, feeding rollers, leveling rollers, roll forming, punching equipment, cutting blade, Hydraulic station, PLC cabinet, output tables.
Quick changing C purlin machine adopted two side roller line separating way, one side fixed, one side moving as a whole part, changing the size quick and easily. Width can be adjusted as digit size (as 101,102,159,204……). Changing specification only need 5 minutes and the forming speed is 17m/min.
