Mechanical structure and work principle
The materials are fed by feed device into the inner layer of the rotary drum where downstream drying is achieved. The materials is shoveled and dispersed by lifting plate to do heat exchange in screw movement forward. The material move to the another end of inner layer and enter into the middle layer where counter flow drying is realized, and the material is winnowed repeatedly and make its way two steps forward and one back. During this period, materials can fully absorb the heat given by both the inner and middle revolving cylinder, meanwhile, the drying time is extended, which can make the material perfectly dried. The materials moves to the end of the middle layer and falls into the out layer, where the material make it way inform of rectangle multiple chains, and finished drying material moves rapidly and is discharge out of the drum under the action of the heat wind, while the moisture material can’t move fast because of deadweight, and is fully dried inside the rectangle lift plate.
