Bean dregs are materials which have bound water and great oiliness and its moisture is difficult to get rid of. The whole set of dehydrating and drying equipment are designed to solve that problem. The Bean dregs dryer consists of heat source, feeding machine, revolving cylinder, discharging machine, induced-draft fan, and power distribution cabinet. First dehydrate the free water of the bean dregs roughly by dehydrator, and then put the wet bean dregs of 55-60% moisture to the dryer cylinder. After enter the dryer machine, the wet Bean dregs distributes in the dryer equably and contacts the hot air fully when flipped by the lifting plate in the drum, this will quicken the heat transfer and mass transfer. The heat source is made used of fully and the bean dregs are heated equally. During the drying process, with action of the inclined lifting plate and heat medium, the dried Bean dregs is discharged from the star-shape discharge valve in another side of the dryer. The conceptual design has taken the bean dregs features of great moisture, high protein and strong stickiness into full consideration, and has made measurements like reasonable technology and craft to solve them to achieve best drying effect. The bean dregs dryer line especially suit plant protein manufacturing enterprise. As the unexceptionable performance, the bean dregs dryer line gets wide acceptance.
