The Roller Centralizer
The Roller Centralizer consists of rigid body, on which machined five spiral blades. There are three or four modified alloy steel, fully heat treated rollers fixed on every spiral blades. Because of rigid body and rolling friction between the rollers and inside of well or casing, the capability of the roller Centralizer is better than others of all. Recommend to use the tool in deviated holes and horizontal holes.
Advantage:
1. Reducing friction resistance saliently.
2. Increasing casing to depth prognosis.
3. Ensuring all casings are centralized.
4. Better flow characteristics around centralizer.
5. Improved cementation.
