The HEPA Filter Box in Knock-down Type is made up of the HEPA filter and the box. The box adopts material of aluminum with a HEPA mini-pleat filter. It has many advantages, like good appearance; easy maintenance; light weight; thin thickness; high efficiency. It is suitable for high and strict working environment like surgery, lab, pharmacy, micro-electronic, film production.

Features / Characteristics:

1. The aluminum box has advantage: light weight and easy for transportation. It it suitable for the clean room which is keel type.

2. The integrative flange is made of galvanized steel and have many options for diameter: 250, 300, 350

3. The HEPA filter is in the box and could adjust the air speed using a value outside.

4. The HEPA filter is knock-down type. The way could save cost.

5. The special fastness fitting could help the user to replace the HEPA filter in the clean room directly. It is faster and more convenient.

6. The thickness for the HEPA filter is 69mm. The efficiency is high but pressure is low.

7. The box sticks the material of PEF to protect temperature and make sure for the HEPA filter.

8. Because this HEPA filter could save the area , it is especially suitable for the clean room which has the requirement for height or size.
