1) Choose good quality's synthetic media.

2) Choose metal frame.

3) Thickness: 17mm, 21mm, 25mm, 46mm.

4) Filtration efficiency (Test by weighing dust): 45%-95% (ASHRAE 52.1-1992).

5) Efficiency rate: G1-G4 (EN 779).

6) A welded wire grid, spot welded on one inch centers and treated for corrosion resistance, to maintain the radial pleat configuration in varying system velocities.

7) A media to frame sealant ensuring that all of the air seen by the filter will be treated by the filter. Frame to media bypass is eliminated.

8) Media and wire formed in radial pleats for high dust loading.

9) Radial pleat configuration for full use of the media area and high dust holding capacity.
