SBR modifier 1502 made in Vietnam
Emulsion-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber
Method of application
Natural rubber components in the original formula user are changed according to the following adjustment , other proportion of ingredients remaining unchanged .
1. SBR granule modifier made in Vietnam can replace 15%-20% genuine SBR 1502 to produce various tyres of car , motorcycle and bicycle .
2. SBR granule modifier made in Vietnam can replace 50%-80% genuine SBR 1502 to produce car mat , electrical wires and cales , hoses , bridge rubber , sports shoe soles , conveying belt .
3. SBR granule modifier made in Vietnam can replace 20% genuine SBR 1502 to produce foxing strip of vulcanized shoes and can replace about 40%-50% genuine SBR 1502 to produce vulcanized shoes .

Internal mixer (fused together with other rubber)---(Roll mixer )----Mixing of Rubber compounds --- Process shaping ---Vulcanization .
The temperature in internal mixer should be controlled between 100 and 105 so it can be melting with other rubber. The rubber product produced by compounding with the product will be of wonderful glossiness high toughness and low cost .
