Products overview
As general synthetic rubber, the quantity of Styrene butadiene rubber production which has E-SBR and SSBR is the largest. Raw SBR is of shallow cinnamon elastic solid. Its density increases with the content of styrene becoming larger. It has poor oil resistance, but better dielectric performance. Raw rubber’s tensile strength is only 20 -35 kilograms force/cm2and can reach 250-280 kilograms force/cm2 joined carbon black etc. Its abrasive resistance, aging resistance and water resistance are better than natural rubber, so it is a good comprehensive performance rubber. SBR is the backbone of the rubber industry and has replaced natural rubber in most situations due to its good combination property and competitive price.

Method of Production
The products is elastic solid made by butadiene and styrene uses advanced techniques of Du Pont, USA.

Bringing in whole sets patent technology from Japan synthetic rubber (JSR) company, combined with the dupont technology, using low temperature copolymerized emulsion and disproportionated rosin potassium soap as emulsifier, butadiene and styrene as main raw materials, processing by polymerization, removal of non-reacted monomer, pasting rubber ingredients, condensing washing, extrusion dehydration, case dry, packing pressed block, polluting styrene butadiene rubber, non-polluting styrene butadiene rubber and oil-filling styrene butadiene rubber are finally produced. The features of this technique are low polymerization temperature, stable rubber latex and stable quality.

Application scope
The products are widely applied to make automobile tires, rubber footwear, hoses, tapes, insulating layer and sheath, damping materials and other general rubber products.
