Also, TC rings' grooves and ribs can be directly notched by us before shipment, which save customers' time and costs in some degree. Equipped with 1000T press, 300Mpa CIP, 60 bar sinter-HIP furnace, high precision grinding lathes, ultrasonic flaw detector, laser maker etc facilities, high quality products are provided to the customers.
We will provide use instructions for cemented carbide rings, including grade selection, installation, cooling water and condition, groove grinding, transportation, storage etc to our customers as a technical support in order to helping them to have the best performance of TC rings.
It is composite roll when TC rings are mounted on a forged shaft. Fredo is also designing and supplying composite rolls to steel rolling mills for a high-efficiency output. And the main applications are for finshing stand to roll rod steel, wire rod, steel bar.
