Copper Moulds, Copper Mould Tubes for Continuous Casting Machines
Fredo, in metallurgical field for many years, is offering good quality copper mould tubes to the customers worldwide.Copper mould tube is used for continuous casting machine(CCM) as a critical component. Molten steel is directly poured into the copper mould-inside of crystallizer assembly, under the cooling water, the molten steel is rapidly solidified. Meanwhlie with the drawing of dummy bars, the billet is out of crystallizer. Our copper moulds have good thermal conductivity, good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance and long worklife.
