Brief introduction
SPJ-JD-4 is composed by antinomy compounds, tin compounds and other additives. It can efficiently reduce the catalysts pollution caused by nickel and vanadium. The product is mainly used in the FCC unit which uses high-vanadium as raw-material. It can passivate nickel, vanadium and other heavy metals, to reduce the effect of the heavy metal on the catalysts, and this can maintain the catalysts’ micro-reaction activity and increase the yield.
SPJ-JD-4 has good water solubility and has the advance of high stability, good dispersion, high activity, no odor, low toxicity, easy to operate and so on.

Usage
1. Filling methods: Using the metering pump to inject the SPJ-JD-1 into the pipeline before the riser pipe.
2. Dosage: The active ingredients and heavy metals in raw materials in 1:1(w/w) to calculate the filling amount. The ratio can be 1.5:1 at the start.
3. Users should rinse the passivation tanks and pipelines clearly to avoid a obstruction cause by mixing use of different passivations.
Packing and storage
1. The product is packed in 200L plastic drums, net weight is 200kg.
2. The product should be stored in cool and ventilated warehouses.
3. Guaranty period: 2 years.
