Brief introduction
SPJ-vapor phase corrosion inhibitor is organic amine oligomers which can gasify or vaporize to the metal surface in a certain room, can effectively prevent corrosion of metal surfaces. SPJ-vapor phase corrosion inhibitor is a non-nitrite-based environment high-tech product; it can replace the vapor corrosion inhibitor being sold on the market which has high toxic, threatening to the environment and the health of human.
SPJ-vapor phase corrosion inhibitor has a good performance on stability and water solubility, can compatible well with paper and plastic. It can be used directly or used for variety of VCI products’ preparation such as VCI water, VCI paper, VCI plastic film. SPJ-vapor phase corrosion inhibitor is an ideal long-term storage anti-corrosion material with a wide range of application.

Usage
Place the metal parts in the package, added appropriate amount of the product according to the package volume, then sealing the package immediately. If the package is poor in sealing, place the metal parts and the product in a plastic bag first, then seal it and put it into the package.
Packing and storage
The product packed in plastic bags, 1kg each; or packer according to customers’ requirements.
The product should be kept in dry, cool, ventilated warehouses. Storage temperature should below 25℃.
Guaranty period: 1 year.
