Brief introduction
In the processing of oil residues, whether the delayed coking unit of the coke-drum can reduce the foam has a big impaction to the production of the whole system. Because when the coke in the feed of the coke-drum reach a certain mount, the oil gas in the tower will bubble a lot at the action of high-speed gas. The foam will carry lots of coke into the large oil and gas pipelines or fractionation towers, and parts of the coke will glued to the tube and mix with distillate condenser. Condensed liquid will crack to form coke block, when accumulated to a certain extent, the production will be affected seriously or even forced to shut down.

Usage
The SPJ-212-2 should be filling at the outlet of heating-radiation furnace (beside the four-way value). Suggested dosage is 20-50ppm.
Packing and storage
1. The product is packed in the metal pail which is coated with plastic. The net weight is 170kg.
2. The product should not be avoided violent collision between transporting to avert damage.
3. Guaranty period is two-year. The product should be kept at cool, ventilated places.
