Brief introduction SPJ-PR-2 oil-soluble deemulsifier is a polyether-type non-ionic surfactant. It is block-polymerized by initiator, propylene oxide and ethylene oxide. The product is mainly used to dehydrate the crude oil emulsion, or used to desalting and dehydration of the crude oil in refinery. Technical parameter Finished product Appearance Brown to reddish brown liquid Relative dehydration rate% ≥93 Solidifying point℃ ≤-25(could adjust according to customer’s requirement) Flash point℃ ≥25(could adjust according to customer’s requirement) Effective content% ≥45 Usage Users can choose the right deemulsifier depend on the oil. The product can use directly. Users can’t mix-use with oil-soluble deemulsifier or it will clog pumps and pipelines. Suggested dosage is 25-100ppm, users should confirm the dosage on specific sample. Packing and store 1. The product is packed in 200L iron drums. 2. Keep the product away from fire sources. Place it in shady ventilated warehouses and prevent it away from water. Handling gently to avoid the drum damage. 3. Guaranty period: two years.
