This machine used for marking on the mobile cover, would be finished marking for 1pcs within 60 seconds.
Required double laser heads to mark once time.
The pallet what put the mobile cover will turn around 180 degree automatically after finished mark, the second mobile cover are beginning to mark, then take away the finished mobile cover, and put the new cover for waiting, circling work.
For complete the required, according to our experiment, we select two 10W fiber lasers, two scanners made by RayLase Germany, but the control system kept as 1 set, using LMC control card and software, the turntable adopts stepper motor driver to keep the working precision for long time.
Technological theory:The whole machine structure saw as following picture:There are 2X2 working stations for the whole turntable, working station A is for laser marking, another stations are for the material out and in. The gripper can be put two mobile covers for each working station.When the working station with mobile covers turn to the station for laser marking, software would be controlled for marking, then the other working station will be turned after the marking finished, circling work.
