Applications
Injection die, extrusion die, blowing die etc. application to hot-plastic forming have good nitridting performance; nitriding treatment can significantly the die performance; they also are often used in important mechanical parts.
Characteristics
Smelted by using vacuum degassing method, so that the steel quality is more purified.
Has superior mirror polishing property.
Good etching workability and EDM spark workability.
Delivered in pre-hardened state; allowable for direct mold cutting without further heat treatment.
Distress annealing and surface nitriding treatment, with very slight change in size and hardness
