UNS S31726 (00Cr19Ni13Mo3, UNS S31726) are molybdenum-based alloy austenitic stainless steel. It is with the conventional chromium - nickel austenitic stainless steel alloys such as 304, compared with a stronger resistance to chemical corrosion. In addition, compared with conventional stainless steel, 317L alloys have higher ductility, stress corrosion resistance, compressive strength and high temperature performance.
It is a low-carbon level or L level, this level has in the process of welding and heat treatment during the allergy of the role of performance. 317L 316L steel relatively good resistance to sea water resistance and SCC resistance, for the Chemical ships, Reactor and other chemical products to be high corrosion resistance of chemical equipment.
