Scope of Application:

Printing Product Characterics:
UV-110 roller coating varnish is used to books,pictorial,packaging boxes etc for extensive fast glazing, its prints
has good gloss and surface softness, and relative to the screen printing, offset polishing printing costs less.
Methord of Use:
Anilox roll: suggest string 80 to 100 line/cm or 200 to 250 line/inch.
Coating weight: 4-8g/m2 specific dosage with ink viscosity, equipment and glazing process changes.
Note:
If the varnish viscosity big influence after printing overall softness, it is suggested that through water heating or add alcohol, isopropyl alcohol methods to solve them.
