Application:
This product applies to various three-piece can(drink cans,food cans,nomal cans ect.),spray cans,metal caps and so on.
Technical Indicators:
1,viscosity(25℃):15000~10000cps.
2,fineness:10μm.
3,setting speed :15~150m/min.
4,varnish:supporting special varnish.
Notes :
1,The setting speed is depend on the the number of curing UV machine,the distance between tubes and printing stock,
the service life of the tubes and the ink formula.
2,This product can be using directly or with the supporting special varnish to adjust the viscosity.Do not use the other
types ink,varnish or thinner.
3,The suggest color order in overprinting:White-black-cyan-red-yellow
4,To provent the emulsification,adjusting the PH value of water and printing potions is important,the PH value should
be 5.5~6.3
5,The curing energy should be more than 30mj/cm.
6,Choose the suitable UV offset ink rubber cloth and rubber roller.
7,The effective powder of UV tubes will be reduced after long term use,to effect the setting,so the tubes should be changed in time.
