Description: The mechanical internal cutter is a mechanical tool to cut casing, tubing, drill pipe in the downhole. In order to avoid cutting coupling, the cutter should keep away from the position of coupling, and if allowed explorer should be equipped to make cutting easy. It not only can cut at any position of the fish during cutting operation independently, but also can connected the releasing spear above it. After cutting is finished the pipe string above cutting position the cutter can be lifted out at the same time.

The mechanical internal cutter consists of a friction assembly which can set the slip insider tubular after initiation. An indicator signals through pump pressure and stabilizer slip keeps the cutter anchored in the casing, when the cut is completed. The pistons are designed to force the slips to firmly anchor the tool before the knives contacting the casing.
