Description:This product is developed independently based on SC 9 dry type power transformer, S9 series oil-immersed transformer and SG 10 open-venting dry type power transformer, as well as referring to advanced foreign technologies. It adopts both Nomex paper and high burning point oil, and improves its thermal rating and mechanical strength through multiple immersing of grade-H solvent free impregnating varnish by a VIP vacuum-pressure equipment. It features pan seal in structure and adopts both air cushion type protection and pressure relief valve protection. Its high and low pressure bushings' chases are all of full insulation structure, which not only reduces its dimensions, but also ensures the personnel's safety. It is maintenance free and has a high overload capacity, allowing a long term 120% overload. The transformer body is designed as per S11 standards. Its non-load loss is 30% lower than that of S9 and its noise is lower than 46dB.
