Description:The low-voltage coil is of foil winding structure; its layer insulation and overhang insulation adopt Nomex insulation material. Moreover, the copper bar and copper leads foil are shaped by VPI vacuum pressure impregnation, high temperature baking and solidification upon the overall baking of coil by way of argon-arc welding with special equipment. Compared with SG10, SGRB10 features higher mechanical strength, less axial stress, more beautiful figure, less fabrication work hour and is free from helix angle. The high-voltage coil is of multi-layer cylinder type longitudinal multi-gas passage structure. It uses NOMEX paper wrapping with oxygen-free flat copper wire for conductor and NOMEX for layer insulation, and uses grade-H molded insulation material for overhang insulation. Its surface is wrapped with multi-layer NOMEX paper, upon the overall baking; the coil is shaped through VPI vacuum pressure impregnation, high temperature baking and solidification. Comparing with SG10, it has higher mechanical strength, equivalent heat radiation effect and better dustproof capability. The transformer body adopts square-tube clamping pieces, stainless steel drawplate press-nail structure, whereas the high voltage lead is of 10kV crosslinking cable coupling, and the whole transformer surface is coated with special water-proof material to form a dustproof, damp proof and antifouling overcoating. Compared with SG10, SGRB10 has more reliable overall stress, better humidity resistance capability and safer power utilization.
