Forged Product

We can produce 20,000 metric tons of forgings each year and has passed the ISO 9001-2000 quality system authentication. We have shops for blanking, forging production, heat-treatment, surface cleaning, and die making. Our company is equipped with steam-air forging hammers of 1 to 16 tons, open die forging hammers of 1 to 5 tons, horizontal forging hammers of 160 to 2000 tons, and the 2500 ton screw press line that is imported from Germany, and the CNC die machining center imported from Italy. With these advanced and complete manufacturing facilities, the factory can produce die forgings less than 400 kilograms, open-die-forgings less than 700 kilograms and bright shafts less than 1,500 kilograms. Also we are capable to produce the forgings according to the customers\'\' requirements.
