In order to make sure the product’s quality, we use many import components. At present, the components are imported except for outer garment, motor, high-pressure electric control cabinet and oil and gas separation barrels.
Carrier gas supply system: using the third generation of high efficiency screw host, German MANN Company’s oil and gas separation device, high quality import valve, Japan CKD’s pressure regulator, to ensure high quality output of compressed gas.
Oil system: With the German MANN company's oil filter, it can filter out the impurities to keep oil system’s unobstructed, lubrication and cooling function.
Cooling system: using high quality imported cooler, taking high temperature and high humidity environment as design premise. Using low temperature difference design The rise of water temperature is at 6 ~ 8degrees , ensure air compressor < = 40 degrees temperature
Use environment design temperature is 46 degrees
Electronic component: Using Japan imported components, reliable control.
The host and motor connection is connected by coupling. flexible coupling between host and motor, reliable, easy to oil maintenance. Single weight is lighter, site maintenance is more convenient.
Dust keeper
