Use: It is suitable for blowing the plastic film as high density polyethylene(HDPE),low density polyethylene(LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE),daily-use articles and industrial products etc.
Charaeteristics:
1, The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CRMOALA high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrogen treatment,which has high hardness,strong resistanceto corrosion,durable service.
2, The die head is plated with hard chrome,of screw mandrel type structure with even and smooth discharging .The blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output,automatic temperature control and heating.The lifting draw gear can be adjusted the lifting height up and down according to different technological requirements.
The coiling unit adopts torque motor to rewind,with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.
