PDC core bits incorporating PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) cutters produced by Zhengzhou LD Diamond Products CO., Ltd., can be very cost effective and very productive, which are applied to rock formations of f≤10, mainly used for geological and hydrology drilling.
We have two main types of core bits are available: rib core bits and flat core bits.
The rib core bits are applied to rock formation of f≤6, like mudstone, sandstone, etc. And the flat core bits are applied to rock formations of f≤10, like limestone, granite, etc.
LD PDC core bits adopt 2 cutters, flat and dome-shaped cutters.
The flat cutters have high abrasion resistance and fast drilling efficiency, suitable for drilling integrate formation.
The dome-shaped cutters have high impact resistance and stable drilling performance, suitable for formations with hard interred layers.
LD PDC core bits diameter is from 60mm to 215mm, any special design is available upon customers' request.
