A: Usage:
To slit batten (cardboard) or process “T”, trapeze and rectangular type etc. batten for transformer’s insulators.
B: Equipment components:
Worktable, support and transmission device, feeding mechanism, milling and chamfering devices, dust collection device (optional), electrical control system
C: Processing procedure:
1. Slitting: to cut batten (cardboard) (Max. Width 120mm) lengthwise into strips (Max. 5 strips) with saw bits (Max. 6 saw bits).
2. Shaping without bottom surface: feed---mill and chamfer left surface---mill and chamfer right surface---mill and chamfer top surface---finished product.
3. Shaping with bottom surface: feed---mill and chamfer bottom surface ---mill and chamfer left surface--- mill and chamfer right surface--- mill and chamfer top surface---finished product.
