The machine can efficiently deburr minimum with abrasive belt grinding and is the best deburring equipment for motor or transformer making factories and suitable to deburr and polish on various sheets in other fields.

Characteristics:
(1) After the punched laminations get through the pressure roll and sand belt, the burrs are deburred to minimum.
(2) In order to ensure the accuracy, there is a wearable pad (belong to wearing parts same with sand belt) on the back of sand belt to prevent friction and avoid overheat.
(3) Stepless feed.
(4) There is a vibrator to assure the belt against disalignment and grinding evenly, the sand belt service life is improved.
(5) There is a loading and unloading device added at the end of feeding and unloading.
