I. Application of Dual Roll Crusher
This dual Roll Crusher is designed to be used in the industrial of ore selecting, chemical engineering, cement, building material, steel industries, etc. for secondary and fine crushing of various ores and rocks with the hardness less than medium level.
2. Features of Dual Roll Crusher
The materials after crushing are even-grained and have no over-crushing. So it is used in the industries that have strict requirements to discharging size such as producing pisolite and mungbean sand in building material industries, crushing fuel in steel industries and crushing materials in ceramics industries.
3. Structure of Dual Roll Crusher
This Crusher is mainly composed of frame, housing, roll axle, spring, transmission section. It is driven by two motors and two belt wheels. The two rolls are driven by a motor viav-blets and gears and robate in opposite direction for crushing material. The clearance between two rolls is adjustable at a given range for proper control of discharge size.
