HY-DJB(A) TYPE ELECTRIC MOTOR SPEED-GEAR system , is composing by high-speed DC motorwhich matched speed-shift device, multi-plate friction clutch, and chip overrunningclutch. This system has multi functions: speed-shift, gear, brake, andoverrunning. It is prefect speed-shift system for electric bike. If put this system up on electric bike, when high-speed motor running in the ratedspeed( 3000 r.p.m), the electric bike can reach high speed(45km/h-60km/h), andlow speed(15km/h-20km/h) through the speed-shifting device. The high speed is usedfor flat road while the low speed could be used when starting and climbing.When driving by low-speed, this system adopt transmission rate: i =15.6 to low thespeed through fixed axis gear system. It can get a speed of 15km/h while theoutput torque is 15.6 times powerful. For example, one 500 watt high-speed motor can reach 6-7N-m outputtorque on the situation of rated electric current, which can fully satisfythe requirement of driving on flat road. This system output axis both setup multi-plate friction clutch, and chip overrunningclutch, so the high-speed rating and low-speed rating don't affect each other. High speed can exceed low speed , the gear-change between these two speed couldbe done through the coalescence or separation of the multi-plate friction clutch.This overcome the pumping problem of engaging cogwheel gear-shifting . Theoperation device of this system about multi-plate friction clutch is very stable, agility, and convenience. This system has a brake device, which directly brake the output axis. The brake torqueis big and reliable, safe for driving. This system also setup chip overrunningclutch on the output axis, you can change the multi-plate friction clutch tothe separate-gear, this will be much easier when pulling(motor is turned off)the electric bike.
