Character of the whole line:
1. Process of producing is PLC controlled.
2. Automatically replace paper cores without machine stopping. Rewind, trim and glue spraying automatically. It can reduce speed of machine when you change another jumbo roll for rewinding.
3. The rewinding process of products is tight first and loose afterward to avoid paper cores of products falling off because of looseness.
4. Automatic prompt paper tubes adding. When there is no paper tubes, machine will automatically stop.
5. Machine stop automatically when paper breaks.
6. Unwinding roll tension control.
7. Push jumbo rolls onto the stand pneumatically. (Equipped with 2 jumbo rolls stands)
8. Adding producing unit for producing toilet rolls without paper cores.
