Specifications: YTVF series elevator motor is especially designed to be the driving force of an elevator. Compared with other general motors, YTVF applies typical rotor and stator slots and winding design through which it matches the inverter, optimizing its performances. The control system of the elevator activates the closed-loop speed adjustment system through motor and inverter. The basic installation of the electric motor is IMB5. There is a flange on the end shield, the motor bears no foot and is horizontally mounted. The insulation Grade of the motor is F, Protection Grade is IP00-IP22 and Cooling Style is IC00. As a result of the application of casting iron and casting aluminum in its rotor, this motor looks simple but possesses a reliable structure. In addition, the motor uses high quality imported bearing and all rotors pass a strict Balancing Test before assembly. As a result, noise and vibration are kept at a lower level.
