PFLF-520 small automatic film laminating machine is newly developed upon market needs. The most attractive features of the machine are compact structure and humanized design. For the laminating of greeting cards, certificates, documents, book covers and packing boxes, etc.

1.        Adopt automatic feeder. Paper feeding, laminating ,separating can be finished at one time.

2.        The overlap uses servo –motor control. During operation, the operator just needs to set the paper length on  the touch screen, then the machine can run automatically. The overlap precision tolerance is about ±2mm.

3.        The heating roller adopts oil heating. The temperature meter reaches into the oil without touching the roller surface, so that it can get the accurate temperature. 

4.        Adopt the jogger for collecting the paper. After pneumatic separating, paper can be collected well with the vibrating table and people is not needed for collection.

5.        The pneumatic rod pressure is bigger and the maintenance is cheaper.

6.        The main electrical parts are imported or made in Taiwan, which ensures the stable running of the machine.

7.        The anti-curve device can make sure the laminated thin paper won’t curv up.

8.        The film loading uses the air shaft, which is easy to load. The film feeding adopts pneumatic brake, so the tention of film feeding is stable.
