PFLH series realizes complete automatic integration among paper feeding, laminating, separating and temperature control. The electrical system are equipped with programmable control (PLC) and can be operated easily via touch screen. This machine centralizes the features of high automatization, easy operation, high speed, big pressure and high precision, which is the first choice with high cost performance for large and medium-size enterprises.

1.        Suitable for both glue less film and pre-glued film.

2.        Pre-stack paper feeding system: during lamination paper sheets can be stacked well which improves working efficiency.

3.        Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector and paper break protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper or paper break occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.

4.        Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. to guarantee paper conveying and overlap stable and regular.

5.        High precision of chrome plated heating roller is equipped with oil circulation heating system, which has excellent performance to temperature control. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.

6.        Man-machine interface system: 7.5” color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. Paper size, overlap length and laminating speed can be input directly via touch screen. And working status can be checked at any time.

7.        Film cutter cuts film width to make it meet paper size.

8.        Film perforating device perforates film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper.

9.        Anti-curvature device: when going through the anti-curvature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and won’t curve again after cutting.

10.    Automatic paper stacker: to stack automatically paper sheets. It is equipped with pneumatic patting device. And patting frequency can be ser upon needs.

11.    Adopt air expansion shaft to release the film, convenient to load release with accurate locating.
