Mold material: 718H, P20H, 60 # quenched, 40CR quenched, 45 #, 718H, 2738,2316, S136 for your choice.
Cooling system: optimization of water circulation, increase productivity, reduce your costs
Medium-term treatment: quenching, increase hardness.
Recovery: nitrogen (nitriding temperature is low, the deformation is small, it is no longer the need for quenching high surface hardness (greater than HV850) and wear resistance)
Mold life: P20 normal use not less than 300,000 shots.
Mode of transport: in the mold must be installed before shipment clamping piece, logistics and transport
Note: mold in the production process, we provide to the clients every month the progress of the mold

(C), molds delivery time:
The mold for the customer to confirm the delivery time of drawing sample after 60 days.

(D), mold inspection methods:
According to customer requirements, testing to product assembly qualified, formally production.
(E), mold making process
Mold making process: the trial plan - preparation - processing - processing of mold - mold core processing - processing of the electrode - mold parts processing - test - assembly - fly mode - test mode - production.
(F), after-sales service
In our open system where mold free warranty period of one year, as a result of our quality problems caused by our maintenance free (non-human causes and except for normal use). All the mold after the expiration of the warranty company will continue to provide life-long maintenance, as the case may collect the appropriate weight maintenance costs.
