Agitation tanks are applicable to coating, pharmaceutical, building materials, chemical, pigments, resins, and food industry, etc. According to different technological requirements, carbon steel or stainless steel can be used as the raw material of agitation tanks. Heating and cooling devices are adoptable to meet different process and production needs. And jacket electric heating and coil heating are selectable. This equipment is reasonable in design, durable in use, easy to operate and convenient to use. It is an ideal chemical device, with low investment and high return. Composition: An agitation tank consists of a shell, a cover, an agitator, a supporting device, a driving device, and a shaft seal device. A heating unit or cooling unit can be added according to process requirements. Carbon steel or stainless steel can be used as the raw material for the shell and cover of agitation tank, the agitator, and shaft seal, according to different process requirements. The shell and cover of agitation tank may adopt flange seal connection or welded connection. Feed opening, discharge opening, observation hole, thermometer hole, pressure tap, steam hole, and safety vent can be added to the shell and cover of agitation tank, according to process requirements. A driving device (motor or decelerator) is installed above the tank cover. The agitator in the agitation tank is driven by a transmission shaft. The shaft seal device may use mechanical seal, packing, or labyrinth seal, etc. (determined according to customer requirements). Various types of agitators, including paddle agitator, anchor agitator, gate type agitator, and spiral agitator, etc. are adoptable, according to different production requirements.
