Air heater Field of Application: Electric air heater is mainly used to heat up the air flow from the initial temperature to the desired temperature, which can be as high as 850℃. It has been applied extensively in aerospace industry, weapon industry, chemical industry, and research and manufacturing laboratories in institutions of higher education, etc. The product is particularly suitable for automatic temperature control, large-flow high-temperature combined system, and accessories test. Electric air heater has a wide application range: it can be used to heat any gas; the hot air generated therefrom is dry, with no water content, not-conducting, nonflammable, inexplosive, non-corrosive, pollution-free, safe and reliable, and quick temperature rise (controllable). Technical Characteristics 1. The air can be heated up to as high as 850℃; the shell temperature is only 50℃ or so; 2. High efficiency: 0.9 and above; 3. Short heating and cooling time, at a speed of 10℃/s; rapid and stable regulation; stable temperature control; fit for automatic control systems. 4. Excellent mechanical properties: its heating element is made of special alloy material, with better mechanical properties and higher strength under the impact of high pressure air flow; it is applicable to systems requiring long-time uninterrupted air heating up and accessories test. 5. If there is no violation of operating rules, this product is durable in use, and has a service life of several decades. 6. This product is small in size, and able to maintain cleanness of the air. 7.
