Description:We have 20 years' experience of exporting watt-hour meter, sell to more than 20 countries and areas around the world, and about 50 ten thousand meters annually. Our product conforms to international standards of IEC60521 (IEC62053_11), BS5685, ASTMB117-95, UL50. ANSIC12. 10-1987, KS1608, SABS1607 etc. Features: 1) Good structure design 2) High stability and reliability 3) Good sealed performance, conform with IEC629-IP54 standard 4) Simple adjustment construction 5) Low power loss, good insulation performance 6) Long service life, easy to maintain 7) Temperature compensation from –20 to 50oC High quality parts: 1) Base: adopts polycarbonate or bakelite with high corrosiveness resist and good insulation performance by hot-casting. The blast voltage can reach above 8KV. It adopts high strength aluminum by die-casting and heat treatment, not easy to be deformed. 2) Cover: adopts polycarbonate with high transparent, never wear and tear, and adopts toughened glass with high strength, not easy to break. 3) Terminal cover: adopts high strength polycarbonate and fire resist ABS, have pilfer-proof extended terminal cover and common short cover. 4) Driving element: The driving element includes independent voltage and current circuit fixed on the frame. The voltage circuit winds the wire on the thermosetting plastic frame covered with PVC, and casting with resin, to ensure the good insulation of the product in the long service life. The iron core adopts silicon steel sheet rivet automatic, with uniform electromagnetism characteristic, to ensure the high precision in the whole range of loading. 5) Upper bearing: Needle structure, high intension stainless steel, dispense with lube with low friction resistance and invariableness for long time. 6) Lower bearing: It adopts double jewel bearing with high polishing steel ball and spread with horologe oil. This bearing has the lowest starting resistance and long service life. The bearing stretch fixed to prevent suffer when driving, and it is easy to change. 7) Magnetic bearing: It is made by alnico to ensure the stably magnetism. The structure have sealing type and separated type, two homopolar magnet exclude each other, so the disc can turn with no friction. The guiding part of the bearing consists of a stainless steel needle and carbon liner with automatic lubrication. 8) Disc: It holds L1-Y2 aluminous board and copper turning axes by die-casting, with plastic worm, reduce frictional moment. 9) Register: It adopts anticorrosive aluminous frame and stainless steel axes. The plastic bearing keeps the low friction and low mechanical load even if on the low load. The driving bearing and bore need not lubricate oil. The wheel is made by high intension polycarbonate, no distortion, resist impact, the figure mark on the wheel, UR proof and fastness. 10) Brake magnet: adopting high coercive No. 8 alnico by die-casing, it can reduce the influence of measure accuracy, and will not disturb the magnet core from outside conditions. The adjustment range of the rotor speed is very wide, the subtly adjustment can used by move the whole magnet. The small adjustment can used by a screw adjustment axes. On the side of the magnet has a temperature compensated set, to ensure the compensated from –20 to 50oC. 11) Nameplate: printed by UR proof printing ink, ensure the fastness foe long time.
