It has line interface G.703 2) The modem's line interface coding is HDB3. On the digital side, a choice of V.35/V.24 is available to perform transparent data transmission. It supports external clock and can carry out end-linking line. This also enables the GVE2 to perform as an interface converter or a rate converter. Transmission clock can be recovered from receiving signals G.703 line. The clock also can be from internal or external data terminal 3) The GVE2 features V.54 diagnostic capabilities to perform local analog loop back and remote digital loop back to provide port-to-port integrity testing 4) The GVE2 conforms to the requirements of G.703, G.704, G.706, G.823 and I.431 of ITU
