In this microwave-supervised motion detector, digital processing software treats the infrared detector as the dominant unit, and seeks microwave confirmation of detected signals only in the presence of infrared detection. Without this mandatory \'\'second opinion\'\', an alarm cannot be generated. PS-6601 implements a new generation of patented technologies, including advanced microwave DRO front-end utilizing Digital Signal Processing , MW motion simulation for periodic self-testing and True Motion Detection Technique (TMDT) using Fuzzy Logic algorithm.
