Description:Our major product is multi-series blower which is widely used for plastic machinery blowing, extruding, laminating, coating, weaving, printing, cutting, loading, welding, drying, conveying and heating. It is also useful for agriculture machinery, environment control and fish breeding. It has such features as low noise and vibration, high reliability, stable and high-pressure airflow. The ring blower or exhauster increases the pressure of the aspirated gas by the creation, in the peripheral torodial channel, of a series of vortexes caused by the centrifugal thrust of the impeller. While the impeller is rotating, the vanes force the gas forward and, because of the centrifugal thrust, outwards, producing a helical motion. During this motion, the gas is recompressed repeatedly with a consequent linear pressure increase along the length of the channel. Most standard centrifugal-type blowers impart energy to incoming air by simply hurling it outward from a central point. Goorui Ring Blower operate on a regenerative principle that provides much highter pressure and vacuum. In these devices, air enters through and inlet port and is accelerated by the impeller. Through centrifugal force, this air is thrown against the walls of the casing where it is reflected back to the base of the impeller blades. This process is repeated many times during each revolution of the impeller and constantly compounds the energy and acceleration imparted to the incoming air. The overall effect is not unlike that obtained in multistage devices. However, in the case of the Goorui Ring Blower, the increased output is due to many regenerative cycles that take place during each revolution of the impeller. To meet specific requirement, many combinations of these blowers are possible.
