(1) Current collector: Streamline current collector could make the air flow entering to fans be even and stable, and improve the operation efficiency and lower the noise of fans.
(2) Muffler: Mufflers are provided on both sides of inlet and outlet of fans. Muffler is a two layer of cylinder structure. The internal cylinder is puncher while the external cylinder is welded with steel plates. The middle part is filled with high efficient sound absorption material.
(3) Rectification part: Streamline rectification part could make the flow field in fans be optimized,
improve the operation efficiency and lower the noise of fans.
(4) Main machine: Enclosure is welded by steel plates. Flanges on both sides make mufflers be conveniently connected to main machine. Mounting plate of motor is welded in internal wall of cylinder to make the contact be closer.
(5) Impeller: Blades are adjustable to meet different demands of users.
(6) Motor: Special motor is used. It is reliable in operation and could adapt to the running in high temperature environment. Rated voltage is 380V, frequency is 50HZ and insulation grade is grade F.
